This website contains family law forms and tools to help educate you about legal matters. The Superior Court is the court in which most family law cases will usually be heard. Each court has a "Clerk's Office". You will take your paperwork to the Clerk's Office.
You can talk with somebody from the Appalachian Family Law Information Center and get forms and legal information. If you would like to speak with a staff member regarding your family law case, please call 706-299-1444 to set up an appointment.
These are the locations for the Superior Courts and where you can talk with someone from the Appalachian Family Law Information Center. NOTE: The staff rotates between the three counties to handle court and appointments. It is best to call to ensure availability. AFLIC may assist in cases where the self-represented litigants have limited income and are not represented by an attorney.
